Buy now: Bio Konjak Fettuccine in Wasser 8 x 1 kg

Aus was bestehen Konjak-Nudeln?

You can lose weight mainly through a daily calorie deficit. Our shirataki noodles are with 5 calories per 100 g low in calories and are therefore ideal for a lot of low-calorie dishes. Of course, they are not a must: You can also, for example, simply reach for a little more vegetables and fruit, exercise more or make your everyday life a little more active to achieve a calorie deficit necessary for weight loss!
Yes, both names refer to one and the same product. Since they are made from the dried and ground root of the konjac plant, they are known as konjac noodles. Shirataki means "white waterfall" in Japanese. This name describes the appearance of the elongated white noodles.
Yes, our shirataki noodles have organic quality.
Our konjac pasta, also known as shirataki noodles, contains less than 0.1 g of carbohydrates, 0 g of fat and 0 g of sugar per 100 g.
Our shirataki noodles consist mainly of water and some konjac flour. This is made by drying and grinding the root of the konjac plant. By mixing the two ingredients, a gel-like mass is formed, from which the elongated, wide noodles can then be shaped.
Nothing easier than that! Simply drain the water from the package, rinse the pasta under cold water and simmer briefly in your favorite sauce - and you're ready to feast! But also separately in a pan or for 1-2 minutes in the microwave you can quickly heat up the ready-to-eat fettuccine.
Konjac noodles are true all-rounders in the kitchen, because they fit a lot of dishes and sauces. Although they taste rather neutral on their own, they absorb the flavor of the sauce wonderfully when you let them steep briefly in it. They are therefore an excellent alternative to their relatives made from wheat and spelt flour.
Our shirataki noodles make all pasta lovers' hearts beat faster! They taste just as good as wheat, spelt and wholemeal pasta, but they also have a lot of great properties: They have only 5 calories per 100 g, less than 0.1 g of carbohydrates, contain no gluten and are also fat-free and sugar-free. So the "Miracle Noodles" are really wonderful!
It is best to store the pasta in a dark, dry and cool place. Then their shelf life in the unopened original packaging is at least 24 months. After opening the package, you should store the fettuccine in the refrigerator and use it within 4 days.
Originally, the plant, which is also known as devil's tongue or tear tree, comes from the East Asian region. Therefore, it has been an integral part of cooking culture in countries such as Japan and China for centuries.
In principle, konjac noodles are well tolerated and do not cause any known allergic reactions. Nevertheless, you should avoid excessive consumption. If you do experience side effects, consult your doctor.
No. In addition to the ready-to-eat organic konjac fettuccine and the spaghetti-shaped organic konjac noodles in water, you can also find dried konjac noodles. You can also prepare these in no time and enjoy them in a variety of ways.
Yes, our fettuccine are vegan and go perfectly with many different vegan recipes. Our tip: Try the konjac pasta in combination with our ready-made vegan bolognese!
Don't worry if the shirataki noodles smell a little sour and fishy when you open the package - of course, we didn't put any fresh fish in here. The smell comes from the konjac flour and is typical for Shirataki. Once you have rinsed the noodles with water and finished preparing them, they no longer taste or smell of fish!
Since the shirataki noodles are mainly water, they are low in calories. They contain only 5 calories per 100 g!

Superb substitute for traditional pasta

Great product, a must have in my kitchen. Goes excellent with white sauce, curry and bolognese sauce. Can be added to vegetable soup for more texture. Also good price for this weight. Definitely recommended!

Price-performance mega good. I would order again and again

I am looking forward to the taste and was curious to see if the goods would arrive intact, as I have read in some cases that they were damaged by the liquid.

very happy with my purchase, excellent value for money, I would recommend

very good, you have to cook them well in boiling water, otherwise they become rubbery. Great with soy sauce, gives a good feeling of satiety.

An addiction

Konjac noodles are just delicious when you prepare them in sauces and soups. Since the noodles are tasteless you have to let them soak in sauces, soups something, then they are a dream. The noodles are a little bite but I do not mind.
