Fill a bowl with water at about 20 degrees Celsius and place the sprout bag in it for eight to ten hours. Then empty out the water and place the bag in an empty container at room temperature. Rinse the sprouts once or twice a day and they are ready to enjoy after two to three days!

Brauche ich einen grünen Daumen, um Sprossen zu ziehen?

Nein, Du brauchst definitiv keinen grünen Daumen! Falls es beim ersten Mal nicht funktionieren sollte, keine Sorge: Es ist noch kein Meister und auch noch keine Meisterin vom Himmel gefallen. Versuche es dann einfach noch einmal.

Wofür kann ich die Sprossen verwenden?

Sprossen eignen sich ideal als Topping auf Salaten oder Bowls. Du kannst sie außerdem hervorragend auf einem frisch gebackenen Brot genießen.

Welche Art von Sprossen sind in der Box enthalten?

In unserer Box befinden sich sechs verschiedene Sprossenbeutel: 2x Mungobohnen-Mischung, 2x reine Mungobohnen, 2x Alfalfasamen, 1x Radieschen und 1x Bockshornkleesamen. Damit ist für alle Sprossenliebhaber:innen gesorgt!

Sind die Sprossen bio?

Ja, alle in unserem Sprossenbeutel enthaltenen Samen sind aus biologischem Anbau.

Kann ich mir auch selbst ein Sprossenglas basteln?

Du kannst Dir auch ganz einfach Dein eigenes Keimglas selber bauen. Dafür benötigst Du ein großes Glas, wie unser Mason Jar, und einen Keimdeckel. In das Glas gibst Du Sprossen Deiner Wahl, beispielsweise Mungobohnen. Danach füllst Du das Glas mit Wasser auf und lässt die Bohnen über Nacht einweichen. Am nächsten Morgen gießt Du das Wasser ab und spülst die Sprossen von nun an täglich morgens und abends mit Wasser ab. Der Vorteil unserer Sprossenbeutel-Box: Sie sind unglaublich praktisch. Verpackt in einzelnen Beuteln, bekommst Du eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Sprossen – ideal zum Ausprobieren.

Was ist das Besondere an der Sprossenbeutel-Box?

Wie bewahre ich die Sprossen auf und wie lange sind sie haltbar?

Am besten isst Du Deine Sprossen direkt nach der Ernte komplett auf. Falls das nicht möglich ist, solltest Du sie höchstens ein paar Tage im Kühlschrank aufbewahren. Ungeöffnet sind unsere Sprossenbeutel 360 Tage haltbar.
