Which options do I have, if I want to bake low-carb?
Just because you try to eat as low-carb as possible, it does not mean that you have to give up baking! Of course we understand that white flour is a taboo, so we offer you countless low-carb alternatives to traditional white flour. Do you already know our organic peanut flour? With only 16 g of carbs per 100 g, it is a great alternative to white flour! If you prefer the taste of almonds, try our almond flour instead, which t contains only 7,3 g of carbohydrates per 100 g. This sounds rather hard, but there are some tricks that will allow you to find the right proportions of your ingredients even without a scale. Indeed, for many recipes cups and spoons are enough!
How do I store my baking products?
As a general rule, you should store your baking ingredients like flour, nuts and seeds, and sugar in a cool and dry place, protected from heat sources and direct light.
If you want to store your products not only efficiently but also with style, we recommend that you make use of our Mason jars - some of our dry products are actually shipped to you in jars. On KoRo you can find jars in different sizes, as for flour you will need a large one, for example.
