Which KoRo cooking ingredients are organic?
Many of our cooking ingredients originate from controlled organic cultivation. In order to make it as simple as possible for you, we added a bio-label on every organic product.
Our organic spectrum ranges from organic bulgur, organic couscous and organic millet through organic ghee, organic vegetable broth or organic cocoa powder to organic tofu and many other products.
How to know if the cooking ingredient is vegan?
On our products it is indicated whether it is vegan or rather which ingredients it contains.
However, it can be said that in principle all varieties of pasta, rice, pseudocereal and legumes are naturally vegan.
At KoRo you can also find vegan soy protein crispies with cocoa and yeast flakes. Even our pesto rosso is vegan - fully plant-based so that everybody can also fully enjoy it.
Does KoRo also provide meat substitutes?
Yes, our product range includes various alternatives to meat, which not only you will love, but also might convince one or two meat eaters.

How do I find aus if a KoRo cooking ingredient contains gluten?
Millet, quinoa or amaranth are naturally gluten-free.
Even though also oats are gluten-free, it may happen that they contain small amounts of gluten. This is because often in the places where oats are manufactured, also grains containing gluten are processed. Therefore at KoRo you can specifically buy gluten-free oats and further gluten-free cooking ingredients.
In general, we indicate on each of our products whether it contains gluten or not.
