Is the organic chocolate vegan?

No, the chocolate is not vegan.

What is broken chocolate?

Bruchschokolade are fractions of chocolate bars. Quasi what is left over from production, only cheaper. This is chocolate from the same production.

Why are there no pure chocolate varieties?

Pure milk or dark chocolates, if broken during manufacture, are melted down again at the end of the process. However, this does not work with chocolates that contain other ingredients. So we save the broken chocolate and can pass on delicious quality chocolate to you.

How should the chocolate be stored?

The organic broken chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry place and protected from heat.

Why can there be changing varieties?

Since broken chocolate is a by-product in the production of chocolate bars, there may be changing stocks. Thus, we can not offer consistent availability, but more variety.
