Why can there be changing varieties of broken chocolate?

Since broken chocolate is a by-product in the production of chocolate bars, there may be changing stocks. We think it's great, because who doesn't like variety? The only thing is that changing stocks mean we can't offer consistent availability, but we can offer more variety. And we are sure that we always have the right variety for you!

Why are there no pure chocolate varieties?

Pure milk or dark chocolates, if broken during production, are remelted at the end of the process. However, this does not work with chocolates that contain other ingredients. So we salvage the broken chocolate that has accumulated and can pass on delicious quality chocolate to you.
