With a ready-made dressing in the refrigerator, your salad is quickly conjured up. This tasty dressing keeps about three days in the refrigerator and goes perfectly with any salad!
1 | Garlic clove |
400 ml | Water |
1 point of a knife | Cayennepfeffer |
1 Tsp. | Vegetable seasoning |
2 | Lemons |
0.5 Tsp. | Coconut blossom sugar |
1 Tsp. | Crystal salt |
70 | Cashew kernels curd |
30 | Sunflower seeds |
1 | Avocado |

Step 1/3
Place cashews, sunflower seeds, avocado, crystal salt, cayenne pepper, vegetable seasoning, garlic clove, lemons, coconut blossom sugar and water in a blender.

Blend on high speed for at least one minute until the salad dressing has become really nice and creamy.

Pour over salad just before eating.
