A chocolate nut dream of cake!

15 | Erythritol |
60 ml | Buttermilk |
30 | ground hazelnuts |
1 Tsp. | Baking cocoa |
1 tbsp. | Hazelnut Flavor |

Mix the dry ingredients first, then add the wet ingredients.

Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the rest of the batter so that the consistency remains fluffy.

Bake at 180ºC for about 25 minutes.

Run glaze of baking cocoa and water and a little sweetness over it.
