Constantinos “Kosta” Calios is KoRo founder from the very beginning. After an initial flop with laundry detergent, his wife Michelle came up with the idea of ​​nuts and dried fruit. Then came Piran Asci, who started as a working student and after a short time also became managing director. Saving food on a grand scale! We believe that the best-before date is a very stretching recommendation and rely on our senses at KoRo. This avoids food waste and makes our wallets happy. Our three ways for a sustainability hallelujah: 1. discounted B-goods, 2. best-before-date extensions in consultation with our producers and 3. one-time purchases of large quantities of almost expired, but qualitatively perfect food.
