Not all tofu is the same! Depending on how you prepare it, its consistency can vary greatly. With the help of this recipe, your tofu will definitely be crunchy.

  • First, mix water, spelt flour, salt and paprika powder in a shallow bowl until well combined. Then let the mixture rest briefly.
  • Next, place the spelt flakes on a plate and heat the coconut oil in a pan.
  • Cut the tofu into strips about 1 cm wide. Dip the strips first into the flour-water mixture and then into the spelt flakes.
  • Fry the breaded tofu slices on both sides over medium heat.
