- Sweet potato: 1
- Oatmeal: 80 g
- Banana: 180 g
- Dates: 30 g
- Baking cocoa: 15 g
- Tartar baking powder: 5 g
- Frosting:
- Chocolate drops
- coconut oil: 1 tbsp
- nuts of your choice
Preparation
Step 1
Peel sweet potato, cut into pieces and boil until soft.
Step 2
Mash oatmeal. Add all other ingredients and mash again.
Step 3
Divide mixture among small tartlette cups.
Step 4
Bake for 18min at 180°C top and bottom heat. Let cool and then remove from ramekins. Let cool completely.
