Ingredients (for 4 milkshakes):
- approx. 400 g aronia berries
- 1 liter of whole milk
- 200 g cream
- sugar or honey to sweeten
Preparation
First you should wash the aronia berries and puree them with a blender to a fine pulp. Pass the pulp through a fine sieve. Mix the fruit juice pulp with the stiffly whipped cream and the milk and whip again with a mixer until frothy. Now just fill the finished milkshake into a glass and enjoy!
