For breakfast, dessert or as refreshment on hot days: milkshakes are delicious and easy to prepare. With the addition of chokeberry milkshakes not only get a fruity-tart taste, but they also strengthen your body. We wish you a lot of fun with the recipe and enjoying the shakes.

Ingredients (for 4 milkshakes):


First you should wash the aronia berries and puree them with a blender to a fine pulp. Pass the pulp through a fine sieve. Mix the fruit juice pulp with the stiffly whipped cream and the milk and whip again with a mixer until frothy. Now just fill the finished milkshake into a glass and enjoy!
