
Ingredients
- ripe banana: 2 pieces
- Egg: 1 piece
- Baking powder: 5 g
- Protein powder: 40 g
- Spelt flour: 70 g
- salt: 1 pinch
- Cinnamon: 0.5 tsp
- water: 2 tbsp
- sugar-free chocolate drops: 15 g
- brown almond paste: 1.5 tbsp.
Preparation
Step 1
First mash the banana with a fork and add all the remaining ingredients and mix until you get a smooth dough.
Step 2
Then pour the batter into muffin tins and bake for about 20 min at 180-200 degrees.
Step 3
Remove, let cool or enjoy warm and top with almond paste.
