
Ingredients
- Smoked tofu cut into strips: 2 pieces
- Cocktail tomatoes quartered:
- Spring onion: 1 piece
- Onion: 1 piece
- Bell bell pepper diced: 1 piece
- Radish (Attention: please do not throw away the green. Chopped into small pieces, it is a great addition to the herbs and a real nutrient bomb): 1 bunch
- Parsley: 1/2 bunch
- For the dressing:
- Olive oil: 6 tbsp.
- Apple cider vinegar: 6 tablespoons
- Salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Chop all the ingredients and put them in a bowl.
Step 2
For the dressing, mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and pour over the salad.
