Scrambled Tofu Bowl

A beautiful vegetable salad bowl with delicious marinated tofu.

Scrambled Tofu Bowl

Ingredients

  • Lettuce: 100 g
  • Balsamic vinegar: 1 tbsp
  • Sweet potato: 1 piece
  • Carrot: 1 piece
  • Parsnip: 1 piece
  • oil: 1 tbsp
  • paprika powder: 1 tsp
  • Tofu: 1 block
  • mustard: 2 tbsp
  • Curry powder: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric: 0.5 tsp
  • Pepper: 1 pinch
  • Coriander: 1 pinch
  • Cumin: 1 pinch
  • cherry tomatoes: 4 pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Wash the lettuce, mix it with balsamic vinegar and put it in a bowl.

Step 2

Marinate vegetables with oil and paprika powder and bake in oven for 25 minutes at 180°C.

Step 3

Tofu crumble fry and season with mustard, curry powder, turmeric, cumin and coriander.

Step 4

Arrange the oven vegetables, tofu, 1 tablespoon mustard and the tomatoes on the salad.
