This crunchy granola is a great way to start the day!

Ingredients

Preparation

Step 1

Weigh all the ingredients and put them in a bowl. Add blueberries only at the end (do not bake with). Mix everything well with a wooden spoon. You will need some patience until the blossom honey, almond paste and coconut oil have combined with all the ingredients.

Step 2

Now heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Step 3

Put the granola on a baking tray covered with baking paper and spread it evenly.

Step 4

Bake the granola in three batches. Each baking process takes about 10-12 minutes.

Step 5

After each bake, use a wooden spoon to roll the granola around so that there are no lumps. Make sure that the granola does not get too dark during the third baking process, otherwise it could taste too bitter.

Step 6

When the granola has cooled, add the chocolate drops and blueberries. Then you can transfer the granola into screw-top jars.
