- Oat flakes: 200 g
- spelt flakes: 150 g
- puffedamaranth: 50 g
- puffedquinoa: 50 g
- sliced almonds: 100 g
- white almond paste: 50 g
- chia seeds: 20 g
- flaxseed: 20 g
- dried blueberries: 100 g
- blossom honey: 100 g
- coconut oil: 70 g
- chocolate drops: 100 g
Preparation
Step 1
Weigh all the ingredients and put them in a bowl. Add blueberries only at the end (do not bake with). Mix everything well with a wooden spoon. You will need some patience until the blossom honey, almond paste and coconut oil have combined with all the ingredients.
