Die Backmischung reicht für ein großes Brot oder zwei kleinere.
Ja! Alle verwendeten Zutaten haben Bio-Qualität.
Dafür musst Du nur 800 g Backmischung, 350 ml warmes Wasser, 3 g Salz, 22 g Agavendicksaft, Ahornsirup oder flüssigen Honig mit 28 g Kokosöl mischen. Verknete alle Zutaten zu einem glatten Teig und lass ihn in einer mit Backpapier ausgelegten Kastenform für 30 Minuten gehen. Danach kommt Dein Teig für 25 Minuten in der Form in den Ofen, und danach nochmal 35-40 Minuten auf dem Backblech in den Ofen. Fertig ist Dein duftendes, frisch gebackenes Brot! Falls Du lieber ein kleines Brot backen möchtest, kannst Du die Zutaten einfach halbieren und die Backzeit gegebenenfalls etwas verkürzen – easy!
Am besten lagerst Du die Backmischung an einem kühlen, dunklen Ort. Ungeöffnet hält sich das Produkt unter diesen Bedingungen originalverpackt ab Produktionsdatum mindestens 12 Monate.
Ja, dieses Produkt hat mit 18 g pro 100 g einen hohen Ballaststoffgehalt.
In unserer Bio Backmischung für Saatenbrot ist kein Mehl enthalten. Stattdessen jedoch Roggenflocken. Da Roggen Gluten enthält, ist diese Backmischung nicht glutenfrei und wir raten Personen mit Glutenunverträglichkeit oder Zöliakie vom Verzehr unserer Backmischung ab. Hey, thank you very much for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that the baking mix did not turn out well. We are still working on more tips on how to make it turn out well for everyone. However, making pastries is always a bit of a challenge just because of different ovens. All the love your KoRo team :)
There is a trick...
Here is the correct preparation: The mixed "dough" in a loaf pan, cover with a towel and leave to swell for 2 hours (!) Then in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 min. Now turn the bread out of the loaf pan onto a baking sheet with baking paper and bake for another 30-40 min. And then let it cool down really well.
If you take that to heart, you can cut it wonderfully, of course, the slices are not quite thin. I took only half the package for now, because then you already have quite a big bread. It would be good to revise the instructions, otherwise there is only frustration at the baker and bad reviews that do not have to be. Taste very good and it saturates enormously. My blood sugar happy it as a diabetic.

However, you can already read on the website that the baking mix only works if you bake it in a loaf pan, not if you shape the dough by hand. Likewise, you should let it rest in the pan for 30min before baking. All the best from your KoRo team :)

The instructions are a bit misleading. I let the bread rest in the closed oven after the baking time with the heat off for the rest of the time and it worked great. Best to cut only when it has cooled.
