Was ist das Besondere am Crunchy Bio Granola mit Nüssen?

Statt viel zu süßem Hafer-Crunch wollten wir ein Granola kreieren, das dem Namen auch gerecht wird! Und weil Granola selbstgemacht am besten schmeckt, haben wir eines kreiert, dass genau so schmeckt! Unser Bio Nuss Granola mischen wir aus Haferflocken, Nüssen und Kernen. Statt Zucker oder Honig verwenden wir Dattelpulver und Reissirup in unserem Rezept. Bedeutet für Dich: Adios, Raffinadezucker, hello, veganes Knusper-Granola! Jetzt fehlt nur noch eine gute Prise Zimt und Salz, bevor die Mischung von Hand aufs Blech gepresst wird. Dann ab in den Stikkenofen und nach ein paar Minuten weht uns nussig-zimtiger Duft in die Nase und das Granola ist bereit für die 1 kg-Vorteilspackung! Damit hast Du auf jeden Fall ausreichend Vorrat, um den Joghurt, Porridge, Smoothie oder die Milch ordentlich mit wunderbar nussigem Crunch zu toppen!

Yes, denn im Gegensatz zu vielen Müsli-Sorten ist unser Granola ohne Honig! Um aber trotzdem tolle Cluster im Granola zu haben, verwenden wir Reissirup.

Kann ich Granola selber machen?

Auf jeden Fall! In unserem Food Journal findest Du gleich eine ganze Menge Rezepte für selbstgemachtes Müsli oder Granola! Probier’ doch mal unser Tropical Granola mit fruchtigem Kokos-Flavour. Oder Du versuchst Dich an der Buchweizen Breakfast Bowl, die wie eine Mischung aus Granola und Porridge schmeckt. Soll’s was klassisch Knackiges sein? Dann ab zum Rezept von unserem Mandel Granola mit Zimt. Statt raffiniertem Zucker oder Honig gibt’s Ahornsirup für crunchy Cluster!

Ist das Nuss Granola ohne Zucker?

Nein, unser Granola ist nicht zuckerfrei. Es enthält aber keinen raffinierten Zucker, falls Du das meinst. Wir verwenden also keinen weißen Raffinadezucker, sondern setzen auf Dattelpulver und Reissirup.

Handelt es sich um gesundes Granola?

Über gesund oder ungesund entscheidet letztendlich eine abwechslungsreiche und ausgewogene Ernährung und weniger ein einziges Lebensmittel. Was gesund oder ungesund ist, ist sehr individuell, weshalb wir diese Kategorien vermeiden. Was wir Dir aber versprechen können: Das Granola schmeckt wie selbstgemacht und – good news – es ist auch handgemacht! Dafür wird wird das Granola händisch auf die Bleche gepresst, sodass Du später auch kleine Cluster im Müsli hast. Adieu, langweiliger Hafer-Crunch aus dem Supermarkt, das den Granola-Titel gar nicht verdient! Um das Müsli abzurunden, packen wir gaaanz viele Nüsse dazu und süßen lediglich mit Dattelpulver und Reissirup.

Ist das Granola glutenfrei?

Unser Granola enthält nur Zutaten, die von Natur aus kein Gluten enthalten. Trotzdem kann es je nach Anbaugebiet bei der Ernte oder Verarbeitung zu unwissentlichen Kontaminationen mit glutenhaltigem Getreide kommen. Bei uns gilt: Safety First! Deswegen deklarieren wir das Granola nicht als glutenfrei.
