Here we are again: a lazy, comfy Saturday night on the couch with your favourite show, and your hand wanders, almost by itself, to that bag of crisps you left lying casually on the coffee table. Once opened, is it even possible to stop before it's empty? And why not? This is what we have asked ourselves, and the answer wasn't a pleasing one: snacks are designed to make us addicted to them. But how are we supposed to spend a movie night without some? Well, after a lot of experimenting and testing, we have come up with a natural and delicious solution: our puffed dried fruits! One thing is for sure: once you've tried our puffed apples, you'll never again think about bland rice cakes or overly salty chips. Thanks to their natural sweetness, the dried apples taste wonderfully aromatic and fruity and bring a pinch of summer to your home. The very first bite will transport you to a flowering meadow orchard with childlike memories. Unlike our dried apple rings, the puffed apple pieces are less juicy and soft, but extra crunchy and aromatic - an extra portion of crunch you won't want to miss!

You wonder how dried fruit can become so crunchy? Unlike conventional drying, the fruits are heated in a vacuum. This innovative puffing technology of vacuum drying ensures that the water contained in the fruit evaporates in a very short time at low temperature. This gives the apples their own incomparably crispy taste.

Summer sweet apple taste

The crunchy fruit pieces are the perfect companion for on the go. Whether in the office, at school or as a snack on a long bike ride - the crunchy snacks are the perfect balance to an active day. Due to their natural sweetness, they are also ideal for spicing up muesli, as a fruity component in desserts or as a crunchy topping for salads. Or how about a delicious apple crumble cake? As a little extra crunch, apples add a very special touch to your baked goods.

What is special about our puffed apples?

The thought of such a sweet and at the same time crunchy snack probably makes your mouth water - we can well understand that! So that you can enjoy your snack to the full, we only use apples from controlled organic cultivation for our dried fruit pieces. Thanks to their natural sweetness, the apple pieces do not contain any added refined sugar. We also deliberately avoid adding sulphur, artificial colours and preservatives. Simply 100% pure apple enjoyment - you can taste it.

To keep the fruits crunchy for as long as possible, they should always be kept tightly closed. It's best to put your new favourite snacks in storage jars. Not only will they stay fresh for a long time, but your kitchen will also shine in bright colours.

What is special about the puffed dried fruit?

The puffed apples are significantly crispier than conventional dried fruits. Unlike normal dried fruit, the apples are not sun-dried, but gently heated by an innovative vacuum drying process. This ensures that the water contained in the fruit evaporates in a very short time at low temperature. This gives the dried fruit its crispy consistency.

Are the puffed apple pieces organic?

We use only organic quality fruit for the production of puffed dried fruit. The apples used come from controlled organic cultivation.

How do I store the puffed apples?

To enjoy the crunchy dried fruits for as long as possible, you should store them in a cool and dry place. You should take special care to keep the fruits well sealed so that they do not lose their incomparable crunch.

Are the puffed apples suitable for a vegan diet?

For our puffed apples we use nothing but the pure fruit. Since they contain no additives, the dried fruits are 100% vegan.

What is the shelf life of the puffed apples?

If you store the apple pieces in a cool and dry place, they will keep for at least 12 months. To ensure that the fruit pieces remain crisp and do not lose their flavor, it is important to store them in an airtight container. It's best to put the puffed apples in a storage jar. That way you can enjoy the crunchy snacks for a long time.

Are the dried apples sugar free?

The puffed fruits are free from any additives such as refined sugar, sulfur and colorants and preservatives. Due to their natural fruit sweetness, they taste simply wonderfully aromatic sweet even without added sugar.
