Produkt sehr gut in Verarbeitung und Geschmack, aber Haltbarkeit zu kurz
Das Kürbiskernprotein ist sehr gut zu verarbeiten, in Smoothies, Brot, Porridge usw. Geschmacklich ist es auch sehr angenehm mild und nussig. Allerdings ist die gelieferte Tüte nur noch 4,5 Monate haltbar. Ich habe zwar einen guten Verbrauch, da ich es als vielfältige Proteinquelle einsetze, aber die Haltbarkeit sollte bei so einem Produkt länger sein!

Sehr leckeres Proteinpulver, kommt bei mir in den Joghurt und in den Smoothie. Gibt den ganzen einen besonderen nussigen Geschmack.

Li mangiavano tempo fa comprandoli per strada e a volte si usavano come "spassatempo".
Capisco che il sale può servire come conservante, sopratutto per grosse quantità, e si può bilanciare non salando i piatti in cui si usano, ma mi chiedo come faranno quelli che non possono usarlo? Forse al posto del sale si potrebbe usare le alghe? Ma poi il prezzo non sarebbe più concorrenziale, come sempre con KoRo !
