Super in a smoothie, for baking or in vegan parmesan powder

I like to use it in my vegan parmesan blend together in the blender with yeast flakes, walnuts and sunflower seeds. But I also like to add it to my green smoothie bowl along with other ingredients from KoRo like the organic spirulina powder, organic rice protein, organic lupine protein, some organic white almond meal, ginger and turmeric powder, and as toppings organic crushed walnuts, some peanut powder and unshelled hemp seeds. All absolute buy recommendations!

Very cheapest source of protein if you convert the price to the amount of pure protein

I bought the powder to make cheap protein drinks. The price of the powder is unbeatable if you take the version with a short best-before date. The €7/1kg bag gives you the equivalent of 1kg of pure protein for just under €12. Protein powder, whether whey or vegan, normally costs around €20/1kg of pure protein if you can get it cheaply on offer. As I don't want to use only whey, I cover 50-50% of my protein shake requirements with whey and pumpkin seed powder. However, I don't mix them, but use each one separately. In terms of taste and sensory properties? I'll say: Well... As I only use it as a protein drink, I can't judge how it would taste in bread, for example. The taste is actually still OK to some extent, but the powder is too coarsely ground, it feels very sandy. I usually stir it into a glass of water or oat milk, let it swell a little and then "head in neck and off with it" in one go if possible.
To put it bluntly, it's my own personal morning "jungle test" 😉😉 As long as the cheap version with the shortened best-before date is available, I will certainly keep coming back for it, but it wouldn't be worth the "regular price" of €14/kg to me.

This was on sale when the date was approaching so I decided to give it a try. I don't use this in cooking but add it to my morning porridge and drink it straight with water after a gym workout as a recovery drink. As a bar, the consistency is a bit grainy, so it doesn't feel quite as nice in the mouth as the perfectly water-soluble whey protein. The taste is nutty and I playfully call it nut juice. However, there is plenty of protein and the product is organic, so all in all I'm happy with this and if another one comes cheap I'll buy it.

i just bought and tasted this and realized: it tastes very salty. then i looked at the ingredients and realized that it's not exactly low in salt. i was expecting a natural product. instead, it's contaminated with 2% salt. if i want salt, i'll salt it myself, no one else needs to do it for me. damn it!!!!
