Oatmeal hasn't gone out of style yet, but as an alternative and for more protein in breakfast, I recommend these flakes!!!! The nutritional values are insane and also the taste can not be denied. Both for savory fry-ups and for the sweet pancakes. Super product.

Like cereal flakes with better nutritional values!
The flakes are a very good alternative to cereal with, in my opinion, better nutritional values! I have made overnight oats with it and the cereal flakes simply 1:1 replaced by the protein flakes, which has worked very well. I didn't think they would swell as well as oatmeal or similar. In taste they are a little bit nuttier, but I like that!

I have the Socas flakes already ordered several times..... they are suuuper tasty!!!👍 ...... but unfortunately they are now also really blatant I'm price increased! 😕
The nutritional information is better than the taste :D
So far only stirred with almond milk not so great, I think with a little PEP such as cinnamon determined tastier !
