An exciting discovery

Although a bit expensive in my opinion to make an everyday flour, it is exactly as described.
This flour holds up very well to baking, and I would like to try it out with the baking power beforehand to avoid over-densifying it.
I made pancakes, the result is light brown with an excellent nutty taste. This is a flour that can do without the addition of sugar. I highly recommend it for wheat intolerant people (I swell up with wheat) and I think this flour can make excellent pasta! Definitely worth trying in a recipe with cream and mushrooms! 🤪
