It starts with soybeans. Thoroughly washed and soaked in water for hours, they double in volume. Puree, bring to a boil, and strain - soy milk is created. How to use organic tofu

The fact that natural tofu is very neutral in taste is anything but a disadvantage. You can give free rein to your creativity and season, marinate and prepare the vegan slab as you like. How is tofu made?

Tofu is made from soybeans. These are thoroughly washed and soaked in water for about 12 hours to double their volume. Then they are mashed, boiled and strained until soy milk is obtained. By adding a coagulant, the milk curdles and whey and protein can be separated. The soy protein is squeezed out and shaped. The natural tofu is ready.
