Sind die Tortelloni mit Linse und Chili vegan?

Ja, bei dieser Pasta-Kreation haben wir komplett auf tierische Zutaten verzichtet. Die Tortelloni sind zu 100 % vegan und auch ein Hochgenuss für alle vegetarisch und vegan lebenden Personen – auch wenn’s mal schnell gehen muss.

Was ist das Besondere an den Tortelloni mit Linse und Chili?

Die Tortelloni sind mit einer pikanten Füllung aus Linsen und Chili versehen, was sie rein geschmacklich deutlich von vielen anderen gefüllten Nudeln abhebt. Die Teigtaschen sind zu 100 % vegan und alle Zutaten stammen aus biologischem Anbau. Da die Tortelloni getrocknet sind, lassen sie sich außerdem ungeöffnet für mindestens 12 Monate für den unangekündigten Hunger oder Besuch in Deinem Vorratsschrank aufbewahren. Optimale Voraussetzungen, um die Tortelloni direkt im Tray zu kaufen!

Welche Gerichte kann ich mit den Tortelloni zubereiten?

Die Tortelloni mit Linse und Chili schmecken hervorragend mit einer Soße Deiner Wahl, mit Pesto, in Brühe und überbacken als Tortelloni-Auflauf. Oder wie wäre es mit einer Kreation aus Tomaten und grünem Spargel? Dazu die Tortelloni einfach wie oben beschrieben kochen und 1⁄4 Liter Nudelwasser beiseite stellen. Cocktailtomaten und grünen Spargel waschen und mit Olivenöl in einer Pfanne rösten. Gehackte Schalotten und Knoblauch hinzufügen und alles mit Salz, Pfeffer und Rosmarin würzen. Kurz erhitzen und mit dem Nudelwasser ablöschen. Anschließend die Tortelloni vorsichtig unterrühren. Gleichzeitig Mandelsplitter in einer Pfanne rösten und im Anschluss alles auf einem Pastateller anrichten. Buon Appetito!

Wie bewahre ich Bio Tortelloni auf und wie lange sind sie haltbar?

Am besten bewahrst Du die veganen Tortelloni an einem kühlen und trockenen Ort auf. Die Mindesthaltbarkeit beträgt in der verschlossenen Originalverpackung unter idealen Lagerbedingungen 12 Monate nach Produktionsdatum. Nach dem Öffnen solltest Du den Rest an einem kühlen Ort aufbewahren und zeitig verbrauchen.

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Tortellini und Tortelloni?

Die beiden Nudelsorten unterscheiden sich in ihrer Größe und der traditionell verwendeten Füllung.
