You're craving a warming oatmeal again? This recipe not only tastes deliciously chocolatey and is nice and creamy, but even contains vegetables! Just the thing for a cold, rainy day. Plus, the serving of Oatmeal gives you enough energy to get your day off to a great start, antioxidants from fruity berries, and a good source of protein in the form of crunchy soy crispies. The oatmeal is also prepared in just a few minutes, so it's perfect for everyday. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients for the oatmeal (one serving):

Preparation

Heat the oat flakes with some water in a pot. When the flakes are a little swollen, you can add the zucchini, as well as the milk (tip: add the milk little by little, so that it does not become too liquid). Sweeten with the sweetener, according to taste, and let the porridge simmer for about 5 minutes until the desired consistency is reached. Mash the banana with a fork and stir it in with the cocoa powder and the almond paste. Finally, pour the finished porridge into a bowl and top it with berries and soy crispies.
