Fruity blueberry smoothie, a fruit bomb that you should definitely try!

Smoothies are all the rage at the moment! Today we have a particularly tasty vitamin injection recipe for you - blueberries are real nutrient boosters. Combined with oat flakes and other fruit, the blueberry smoothie is probably the tastiest way to start your morning. The smoothie can also be made vegan if you prefer.

Ingredients (for 1 smoothie):

  • 1/2 mango
  • A handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1-2 dates
  • Some (plant) milk

Toppings:

Preparation

To make the blueberry smoothie, simply put all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a creamy consistency. Depending on your preference, you can use a little more or less milk. Then you should toast the coconut chips in a hot pan until golden brown and pour the smoothie into a glass. Finally, garnish with the toppings and enjoy. Have fun and good luck!
