The ideal meal for after sports: a fruity and nutty bowl with lots of protein.

Salted-Peanut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • Silken tofu: 400 g
  • Peanut butter: 1 tbsp.
  • Cocoa: 20 g
  • Chocolate protein powder: 10 g
  • salt: 1 pinch
  • frozen banana: 1 piece

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until homogeneous.

Step 2

Then top with berries, puffed quinoa/buckwheat/amaranth, soy crispies, hemp seeds, cacao nibs or similar and enjoy.
