Egg salad is a classic of German home cooking. Here we present you a recipe, completely without egg! How does it work? And whether it tastes good at all? 8 tbsp. Mayonnaise
200 g Chickpeas
150 g Pasta
1 handful Chives
1 Tsp. Turmeric
1 Prise Salt
1 Prise Pepper
1 small Onion or shallot
1 as necessary Kala Namak

    Puree chickpeas and mayonnaise.

    Cook the pasta and add it to the chickpea-mayo mixture.
