The Gugelhupf classic in vegan and on request without industrial sugar!

180 g Rice protein
240 g Overripe banana
1 sachet Baking powder
300 g Spelt flour
420 ml Plant drink
180 ml Neutral cooking oil
60 g Peanut butter
250 g Erythritol or sugar
  • Step 1/6

    Preheat oven to 175°.

  • Step 2/6

    Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.

  • Step 3/6

    Put the wet ingredients in a stand mixer and blend well (also works with a blender).

  • Step 4/6

    Add the mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

  • Step 5/6

    Pour into a lightly greased cake pan and bake for 60-70 minutes (check in between). If necessary, cover the cake with baking paper after some time so that it does not brown so much).

  • Step 6/6

    Allow to cool well (preferably overnight). Decorate as desired.
