We have the solution for you if you love the spicy, smoky aroma and taste of bacon but want to enjoy the classic plant-based option: vegan Mühlen Bacon Bites! They taste incredibly delicious, especially in vegan spaghetti carbonara!

1 Pck. Vegan Mills Bacon Bites
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
250 ml vegan cream
2 tbsp. Yeast flakes
1 Tsp. Kala Namak
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
0.5 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1 Prise Salt and pepper
280 g Pasta + 1 ladle of pasta water

    Prepare the vegan Mühlen Bacon Bites according to the pack instructions.

    Sauté the onions and garlic. Pour in the vegan cream and stir in the lemon juice.

    Season with yeast flakes, kala namak, salt and pepper and simmer briefly.

    Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce, adding about 1 ladle of pasta water to achieve a particularly creamy consistency. Stir in about half of the vegan Mühlen Bacon Bites.

    Serve the pasta on plates and top with the remaining vegan Mühlen Bacon Bites, pepper and fresh parsley.
