Is the organic coconut milk with lemongrass vegan?

Yes of course! Our coconut milk is purely vegetable and contains no animal ingredients. So you can use it as you like for vegan curries, soups, sauces and desserts.

Can I freeze this coconut milk?

If you don't want to use up all the coconut milk after opening the can, you can freeze it without any problems. Simply fill it into an ice cube tray and put it in the freezer. The ice cube moulds make it easy to portion the coconut milk afterwards.
