Mix 100 ml of the liquid with 50 g of the pudding powder and stir until smooth; then, you only have to boil the remaining liquid with 3-4 tablespoons of sugar or another sweetener, add the mixed pudding powder, and cook the whole thing for two minutes while stirring. That's it! Our delicious pudding powder, however, should not be limited to this classic use. Wie bereite ich Schoko Pudding mit dem Puddingpulver von KoRo zu?

Die Zubereitung funktioniert ganz leicht: Pro Portion Pudding benötigst Du 500 ml Pflanzendrink oder Milch Deiner Wahl, 3–4 EL trockenen Zucker sowie 50 g des Puddingpulvers. Zuerst rührst Du das Puddingpulver mit 100 ml der Flüssigkeit glatt. Anschließend die restlichen 400 ml aufkochen, das angerührte Puddingpulver hinzufügen und für 2 Minuten unter Rühren bei niedriger Temperatur kochen lassen. Den fertigen Schokopudding in Schalen füllen, erkalten lassen und genießen!
