Extra virgin olive oil: high-quality, full-bodied, aromatic

We use Sicilian olive, processed by hand just a few hours after being harvested for our organic olive oil with chilli. The farmers we trust make sure that a temperature of 27 °C is not exceeded during cold pressing, which is a very gentle and environmentally friendly processing method. The oil is extracted directly from the olives exclusively by mechanical cold pressing. This means that no solvents or other chemical processes are used to extract the olive oil. This processing method makes our organic olive oil particularly high-quality and full-bodied — typical KoRo quality! The olive oil is then refined with natural chilli flavouring. In order to offer you a high-quality product with the longest possible shelf life, we have deliberately decided against adding fresh or dried chillies. Because chillies in the oil look and taste nice, but they limit the shelf life. Instead, we use natural chilli flavouring, which still gives our extra virgin olive oil a hot and spicy note without affecting the shelf life. So you can enjoy the taste of Sicilian olives with a hint of chilli all year round!

Our extra virgin organic olive oil with chilli has a reddish-golden colour and an aromatic and pleasantly hot, spicy flavour. Whether salad dressings, sauces, marinades, pesto or antipasti - our full-bodied chilli olive oil can be used in many ways. If you want to give salads or antipasti a spicy note, you can simply drizzle some of our olive oil on top. What makes this olive oil with chilli so special?

The Sicilian olives are processed by hand just a few hours after harvesting. Our extra virgin olive oil is created through the gentle process of mechanical cold pressing. This means that no solvents or other chemical processes are used to extract the olive oil. This makes the olive oil particularly high quality and gives it a full-bodied and aromatic taste. We use natural chilli flavouring for refinement. We have deliberately chosen to add natural flavouring, as this not only gives our olive oil an intense chilli flavour, but also ensures a long shelf life and high quality.

How do I store the olive oil?

t is best to store the olive oil in a cool and dark place. This ensures that it retains its aroma and quality. If stored correctly, the olive oil will keep for at least 18 months in its original unopened packaging.
