With our ruby chocolate drops, you see the world through rose-tinted glasses. Ruby chocolate is an absolute world first - the fourth natural chocolate colour: pink. So you can take off your rose-coloured glasses and enjoy! Our chocolate drops are not dyed, but are naturally pink. The colour comes from the rare ruby cocoa bean, which gives this unique pink colour. It not only brings a splash of colour into play, but also a pleasant acidity and a subtle fruity note, reminiscent of red berries. The bean was undiscovered for a long time and has thus been lost in the cocoa mix. Therefore, it is important to use the right beans from the right cocoa trees in the production. However, they are very rare and grow in Ecuador, the Ivory Coast and Brazil. Fermented in the correct way, the beans produce this beautiful chocolate colour.

Our ruby chocolate drops have a minimum cocoa content of 47.3% and a creamy and a texture that slightly melts in your mouth. They are perfect for making your own chocolate, as a chocolate coating for cakes or as a coating for dates. Our chocolate drops will also spice up your muesli instantly or make a delicious ruby hot chocolate.

With every kilogram purchased, one euro goes to the non-profit organisation Cocoa Horizon Foundation. It is committed to the financial support and education of cocoa farmers. The main goal is sustainable cocoa cultivation. Projects include deforestation-free cultivation, the liberation of farmers from poverty, the elimination of child labour and empowering of women.
