I like the mixture very much. The pancakes are flat, but I like that so and have me before always made such pancakes with buckwheat flour. But the mixture is also great for other recipes, I have already baked Kaiserschmarrn, waffles and muffins. Practical mixture, tasty also very tasty if you like buckwheat flour. So: Perfect for me!

I usually love Koro's products, but here I was disappointed. The "pancakes" are as flat as crepes, do not taste and fall apart when you try to turn them in the pan. A real shame. I'm going to try to pass the mix on to someone, because I'm definitely not eating more of there. Anyone looking for good vegan pancakes, I can recommend the ones from Veganz.

Unfortunately I am disappointed with this product, the consistency has nothing to do with fluffy pancakes. Reminiscent of heavy pancakes, consistency is very dense. Taste okay, but unfortunately not a repurchase product.

Will I buy again:)

Find them great, I use a little more of the baking mix as indicated, add coconut oil and oat milk. Then the batter is a little thicker and the pancakes stay whole. With date syrup and almond paste on top very tasty.

Ich dachte, dass ich mit dieser Mischung leichter Pfannkuchen am Morgen machen könnte, aber das war nicht der Fall. Die Mischung braucht lange, um die Klumpen aufzulösen, obwohl sie gesiebt ist, und obwohl sie Hefe enthält, bleiben die Pfannkuchen dünn und klebrig. Auch der Geschmack ist nicht sehr gut. Leider habe ich die 1-Kilo-Packung bekommen und es tut mir leid, sie wegzuwerfen, aber ich weiß nicht, ob ich sie noch einmal verwenden werde.

Something between bad pancakes and pancakes

For pancakes too flat and not fluffy, for pancakes too small (at larger diameter they tear) - what should it be? I have a high-quality crepe pan and even with that I only get "accidents" or mini pancakes. Next point: they just don't taste good. With coconut blossom sugar, cinnamon and vanilla I can not even begin to cover the penetrating nutty taste ...

The pancakes don't puff up much,

Pancakes turned out very flat and not pancake-y at all. Fall apart in the pan. Clearly worse than what I always mix together so pi times thumb. Too bad, because I had hoped for the opposite!
