What is yuzu?

Yuzu is an Asian citrus fruit grown in China, Korea and Japan. It belongs to the rue family and tastes similar to lemons, mandarins or grapefruits. Externally, it also resembles a lemon, but is larger overall and has larger seeds. Its flavour is more intense than that of a lemon and not quite as acidic.

Is this mayonnaise with yuzu vegan?

Yesss, our yuzu mayo does not contain any animal ingredients and is therefore suitable for a vegan diet.

What makes KoRo's yuzu mayonnaise so special?
